Dr. Juliano Franco (Brazil)
International Advisor, OPU, IVF & Embryo Transfer
Dr. Juliano Franco is an internationally recognized specialist in bovine reproductive biotechnology with over 29 years of experience in Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and Embryo Transfer (ET). As CEO of Brio Genetics and Biotechnology (Brazil), he has led large-scale commercial embryo production programs and has extensive international experience in developing high-performance embryo production systems.
At IRBG, he serves as International Advisor for OPU, IVF, and Embryo Transfer, providing strategic technical guidance, technology transfer, and training to strengthen advanced reproductive biotechnology programs in Pakistan.
Ms. Xinxin Lu (China)
International Advisor, Reproductive Hormones
Ms. Xinxin Lu serves as the Export Manager of Ningbo Second Hormone Factory, China, a leading manufacturer of veterinary reproductive hormones. She has extensive experience in international business development, technical support, and global distribution of reproductive hormone products used in assisted reproductive technologies.
As International Advisor on Reproductive Hormones at IRBG, she provides strategic guidance on hormone selection, synchronization protocols, and the adoption of advanced reproductive hormone solutions to support embryo production and breeding programs.

Several members of this team bring shared experience from Royal Cell Biotechnology (Pakistan), where they worked together on buffalo embryo production and export programs before joining IRBG.
Dr. Haider Ali
Chief Operating Officer
“Advancing Commercial Reproductive Biotechnology and IVF in Pakistan”
Dr. Haider Ali, DVM, MPhil, is a reproductive biotechnologist and embryologist recognized for his contributions to commercial IVF and embryo transfer technologies in Pakistan. He has played a leading role in establishing multiple IVF laboratories and advancing large-scale embryo production programs for elite dairy and beef genetics.
A key career achievement includes his role at Royal Cell Biotechnology (Pakistan), contributing to the production and export of over 10,000 Nili-Ravi buffalo embryos to China under Pakistan’s disease-free compartment initiative.
Currently, he serves as Chief Operating Officer at VitaGene Farms, where he leads IVF, semen production, and advanced breeding operations aimed at transforming Pakistan’s livestock sector through modern reproductive technologies.
Amina Hafeez
IVF Lab Director
“Pioneering Commercial IVF and Buffalo Embryo Technologies in Pakistan”
Amina is recognized among the first female bovine embryologists in Pakistan and is part of the pioneering team behind Pakistan’s commercial IVF revolution. At Royal Cell Biotechnology (Pakistan), she contributed to the National Herd Transformation Project through the production and export of 10,000 Nili-Ravi buffalo embryos to China under Pakistan’s first disease-free buffalo embryo export initiative.
With over five years of hands-on experience in bovine IVF and embryo transfer, she has achieved some of the highest pregnancy outcomes in commercial embryo transfer programs in Pakistan. Her expertise includes IVF laboratory management, embryo production, recipient management, and advanced reproductive technologies under both field and laboratory conditions.
Currently serving as IVF Lab Director at VitaGene Farms, Pakistan, she oversees complete IVF laboratory operations and leads advanced breeding programs focused on improving livestock genetics through modern reproductive biotechnologies.
Yaseen Akhtar
Director of OPU and Embryo Transfer
“Pioneering OPU and Embryo Transfer in Pakistan”
Yaseen Akhtar serves as Director of OPU and Embryo Transfer at VitaGene Farms and is recognized as a pioneer of advanced embryo transfer technologies in Pakistan. With over five years of experience — including his role at Royal Cell Biotechnology (Pakistan) on buffalo embryo production and export programs — plus training with Chinese experts and specialized training from Thailand in OPU-ET techniques, he has performed the highest number of OPU and ET procedures in the country.

Adiba Qayyum, holding a Master’s degree in Reproductive Biotechnology, is a passionate embryologist specializing in assisted reproductive technologies, embryo handling, in vitro embryo production, and modern reproductive biotechnology techniques. Currently serving as Senior Embryologist at VitaGene Farms, she is committed to advancing scientific innovation in reproductive sciences.
Her previous experience in embryology under desert conditions gave her valuable expertise in embryo production, recipient synchronization protocols, reproductive data management, cryopreservation, and coordination of embryo transfer programs — contributing to improved reproductive efficiency and modern embryology practices.
